The Technology Reset

Assessments are carried out by a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in ADHD and mental health.

Post-Diagnostic Support

We focus on understanding your experiences and providing support that works for you.

Step 1

Initial ADHD Screening

Completion of ADHD screening questionnaires.
A one-to-one consultation to explore your symptoms and experiences.
A professional recommendation on whether a full ADHD assessment is necessary.
If a full assessment is not indicated, guidance on alternative next steps will be provided.

Step 2

Full ADHD Diagnostic Assessment

A structured clinical interview using a validated ADHD diagnostic tool.
QbCheck – a computer-based test measuring attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity.
Completion of additional questionnaires and a review of any relevant background information that is available. For example, school reports are often useful information to have access to.
